That depends on your health needs and location. Telehealth can support a broad range of primary care, but it cannot replace every physical examination, procedure, test, or emergency service. Your clinician will be candid when local in-person care is needed.

Richert Wellness currently serves people of all ages who are physically located in Maryland or Washington, DC at the time of telehealth care. Clinical fit and service availability are determined individually.

Many primary care concerns can be evaluated and managed virtually, including selected acute symptoms, chronic condition follow up, medication management, laboratory review, and preventive care planning. Some symptoms require an in-person examination, diagnostic testing, urgent care, or emergency evaluation.
